Start in Mountain Pose (Tadasana), standing together with your feet hip-distance apart and your arms at your sides. See the grade of your breath. Bring your consciousness inward, to the centre of the body. Turn to the left. Check to make sure that your heels are aligned with each other. Practicing Warrior II right demands focus on various points of alignment.
