To hold this pose more, wedge a block involving the rear leg as well as the ground. Step your right foot between your hands, lower your left knee to our planet, inhale, untuck your toes and lift your arms. Lengthen your tailbone. As you exhale, touch your right fingers to the ground (or a block) and reach your left arm upward and around to the right, arcing your left side body. Hold for 5 breaths. Inhale as you exhale, lift both arms and reduce your hands, return to Dog, and change sides.
