On your hands and knees in Table model, step the right foot forwards using the knee, involving both hands straight on the ankle. Press on fists, fingers or the palms to the ground . Roll the shoulders back and down and press against the torso forwards. Look directly ahead to the ground. Torso and the hips open, extends the crotch and legs, lengthens the spine and strengthens the lower body.
