Stand with your feet together. Beginners can stand using their feet hip-distance apart. Inhale and lift your arms above your face, perpendicular to the ground. Don’t forget to breathe evenly and easily through the pose! Until you are able to breathe, your heartbeat increases, but in case your breath becomes extended, ease up.
